Our hotel has 48 Bedrooms, 2 Board Rooms, 6 sizable halls equipped with Projector, Public Address System and is suitable for conferences, Retreat, Banquet, Seminars, Workshop, Exhibitions and Technical Sessions and they all have two exit points.


Our hotel is strategically located in a serene environment in Central Business District of Abuja, it is a walking distance from the Transcorp Hilton, less than 5 minutes’ drive from the Federal Secretariat, National Assembly, The Force Head Quarters and about 35 minutes drive to the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.  It is situated on Plot 66, 1st Avenue by Shehu Shagari Way, opposite the Federal High Court Headquarters, Central Business District Abuja.


Our hotel security personnel are highly trained and are well equipped with sophisticated security gadget like the walk through detector, hand and luggage scanner, vehicles scanners, 24 hours CCTV, the hotel has an ample muster point in case of emergency, security personnel stationed on each floor of the hotel.

The restaurant offers a wide range of Inter-continental dishes, African dishes and oriental dishes. Relax and unwind in the inviting atmosphere of the Lounge. With its unique style, the Lounge offers an ideal sanctuary after a long day. Enjoy live entertainment and meticulous service, or indulge in a quiet moment with a soothing cup of coffee.



Our pool bar offers guests a light selection of refreshing sandwiches, salad, and snacks to accompany their favourite poolside cocktail. Also live music and performances by DJs during the night.



Treasures Suites and Conferences has 6 Conference halls of different sizes. The Board Room sits up to 15 persons, while our largest hall sits up to 270 persons. The conference halls are equipped with state of the art equipment. They are fully air-conditioned. The Halls are fitted with a PA system, screen, projector, flip- chart and whiteboard.



Other services and facilities include high speed Wi-Fi internet connectivity within the premises, 24 hours room service, out-door catering services, well equipped Business Centre to meet our guests’ secretarial needs, 24 hours laundry service, independent treated water supply facility, 300KVA standby generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Massage centre, Travel Agency, car hire services, airport shuttle services, etc.
